Despite owing the IRS at least $30K Brynn Whitfield continues to flaunt her expensive designer wardrobe

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: 'The Real Housewives of New York's Brynn Whitfield has $30,000 in tax liabilities and was almost evicted from her New York City home. The new Bravolebrity has one outstanding state tax lien in California as well as one open federal tax lien in the state, according to a Los Angeles County clerk.

According to numerous sources, Brynn will have a net worth of $3 million in 2023. Brynn has worked for a number of public relations firms since then, most recently as a freelance marketing communications consultant in September 2022, before making her reality TV debut on Season 14 of 'RHONY' in July 2023. In addition to her day job, Brynn is a certified yoga instructor and has served on the SACRED Yoga advisory board since 2019. Over the last decade, Brynn has worked on "award-winning campaigns" for multi-million-dollar clients. Brynn's salary from 'RHONY' is unknown; however, previous cast member Bethenny Frankel stated she got $7,250 for Season 1 filming.

Brynn Whitfield owes $30K in taxes

Brynn owes the IRS at least $30,000, but that hasn't prevented her from flaunting her costly outfits this season. A Los Angeles County clerk confirmed the tax debt to The US Sun exclusively, saying the new Bravolebrity had one open state tax lien in California and one open federal tax lien in New York. According to the source, the state of California filed an $11,359 tax lien against Brynn in 2021. In addition, the IRS filed a $16,487 lien against the 36-year-old reality star in 2019.

Flaunting riches is the name of the game on Real Housewives, and Brynn is no exception. In a recent cast photo, the star wore an ornate shirt adorned with what looked to be pearls. According to the DailyMail, she is also worth an estimated $3 million.

Brynn is one of the new faces on Bravo's revamped 'RHONY' series, following a Season 13 reshuffle. She is well-known for her work as a brand marketing and communications specialist. Brynn began her profession after graduating from Purdue University in the late 2000s. According to her LinkedIn page, she is currently the PR head for Assembly, a worldwide e-commerce software and data platform, as well as a freelance Marketing Communications Consultant.

'She gave me a place to stay'

The unpaid taxes stretch back to 2019, but viewers would never know it from seeing the reality star flaunt her money with her 'RHONY' cast mates. Brynn was recently photographed leaning over the edge of a New York City rooftop in a couture top composed of what looked to be pearls.

Brynn resided in Los Angeles before relocating to New York City. Furthermore, Brynn, who is originally from the Midwest, claimed Lis Vanderpump assisted her in staying afloat after arriving in California, Access reports. "Her and Ken [Todd] took care of me, like they fed me when I like had no money, like they were amazing," Brynn said. "I was making no money, and she gave me a place to stay, they basically like gave me a Range Rover, and they’re like, ‘Honey, do you need anything?’ Literally, that was it. Like, insane. They kept me alive for my first two years in LA."

It's no surprise that Brynn became a successful New York City marketing consultant with pals like Lisa and Ken treating her like fairy godparents.
