BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Tristan Tate, the controversial influencer, recently utilized the platform 'X' (formerly known as Twitter) to express his approval of the remarks made by UFC president Dana White on post-Covid work culture during an interview with Piers Morgan.

Tate has consistently been open in sharing his views on the subject of the Covid-19 pandemic. His perspectives and stance on the pandemic have often drawn criticism from the online community for their problematic and provocative nature.

Tristan Tate agrees with Dana White's opinion on working from home

In a recent interview with Morgan, White conveyed his views on the prevailing work culture post the Covid pandemic. He mentioned that everything is attainable if one possesses even a hint of determination.

He emphasized the importance of going out there, putting in the effort, and working diligently. White observed that some individuals prefer to work from home rather than go to the office, a sentiment he's encountered and seen in comments.

He disagreed with the notion that everything can be accomplished from home, highlighting the value of being physically present in a workspace with like-minded colleagues.

White noted the constant demands on his daily agenda and the unexpected situations that arise in the office.

He stressed the necessity of having people working in the office regularly, contrasting this with those who choose to work from home.

White encouraged them to pursue their path but also warned that there will always be a small group of highly motivated individuals who will surpass them, and those who stay home shouldn't complain about missed opportunities.

He referred to such complaints as unproductive and dismissive of personal responsibility.

White said, "Everything out there is for the taking if you have even this much savage in you. If you are willing to go out there and grind and work hard, you know, you got these people that don't want to go to work."

He continued, "They want to stay home and work from home and believe me, I've seen this when I've spoke before I see it pop up in the comments, all these people saying you're wrong. No things can be done from home."

He added, "No, it can't. You have to be in the building with like-minded people, you how much stuff that I have on my agenda every day that needs to be done. But other things that pop up in the office. And you get a bunch of smart, hardworking people in a room together. You have to have people in the office working every day and these people that don't want to."

He also said, "Stay home man, stay home and do your thing. Good Luck. I wish you all the luck in the world. There's going to be a small group of hungry savages out there that are going to run every one of you over and you can sit home and you can cry and complain about how you didn't get yours and it's because this person had this opportunity that you didn't have. It's all bulls**t crybaby stuff that's going on."

In response to this, Tate acknowledges that White's perspective is accurate. He goes on to express that he believes he would only be a small part of his current self if he hadn't been in the company of fellow driven individuals.

Tate wrote, "“You’ve gotta be in the building with like minded people”- @danawhite isn’t wrong. I’d be a fraction of who I am if I wasn’t surrounded by other savages."
