LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The contestants on ‘Jeopardy!’ are slaying the game, giving their viewers mind-boggling episodes back to back. Every day, ‘Jeopardy!’ comes up with something unexpected that blows their fans away. However, it is not always appreciable or victorious. However, disappointed fans of the show recently slammed the contestants for misidentifying a Drake song and a picture of SZA.

After May 20, 2023, episode of ‘Jeopardy!’, viewers brutally trolled the contestants for not being unable to identify a Drake song and giving painful answers, The Sun reported. On this episode, the face-off was between Ben Chan, a philosophy professor from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Brittani Seagren, a nurse practitioner from Bourbonnais, Illinois, and David Lu, a mail processing clerk from Los Angeles, California. While Chan returned to his sixth game after a constant winning series, Brittani and David did something totally bizarre and cringy on the show.

Brittani Seagren and David Lu’s painful buzz

During the episode, the host Mayim Bialik presented the contestants with an $800 clue under “Recent pop music”. It read, "This Drake song asks, 'Kiki, do you love me? Are you riding?’” To this, Brittani buzzed and said, "What is 'Riding Dirty?'” However, her answer was deemed incorrect as she referred to a 2005 song by Chamillionaire. After that, David buzzed and said, “What is ‘Hotline Bling’?”, which was again incorrect. Mayim, looking disappointed, broke the silence and added, “No, all good titles.” Then she told them the correct answer was Drake’s smash hit which was Billboard's No. 1 in 2018 called 'In My Feelings'.

In the same category, another clue was given which read, “CTRL and SOS are albums by her seen here.” Again, Brittani buzzed to answer the photo displayed of superstar singer SZA, but guessed it incorrectly as ‘Brandy’.

Meanwhile, Ben Chan continued to sway the game with unstoppable winnings as he earn his first eight games in runaways and will be going to the final round with a whopping $227,800.

‘I’m disgusted’

After Brittani left her fans disappointed and annoyed, they slammed her on social media. A Twitter fan wrote, “Riding Dirty??? Brandy???? LOL Brittani is throwing whatever out there.” While another added, “I think Brittani is still living in the early 2000s based on her answers in the pop music category.” One more fan added, “Okay, I’m disgusted by Brittani’s answers on #Jeopardy tonight … “Riding Dirty” for the Drake song that says, “Kiki, do you love me?” and “Brandy” as her guess for the image of Sza …. how?!?! How did she come up with these responses.”

The fans trolled her for giving incorrect guesses twice and mocked her for living in the '90s after her poor knowledge of modern music. A fan wrote, “I can’t believe that lady answered “Ridin Dirty” to the Drake question. Thennnn she had the nerve to say the picture of Sza was Brandy. Chilleeee.” Another said, “Bar tonight had #Jeopardy on and they answer or whatever tf was "this song by Drake says Kiki do you love me" and lady buzzed to say RIDING DIRTY @chamillionaire.” One user wrote, “@ that drake clue: Brittani wtf #Jeopardy.”
