FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried wants to be released from jail five days each week so he can work on his defense at the federal prosecutor’s office.

In a letter filed in federal court in Manhattan on Friday, lawyers for the 31-year-old said he couldn’t access the internet or properly review discovery since being detained in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
