LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pierce Brosnan and his wife Keely Shaye Smith were beaming in social media photos on Saturday, May 6, as they celebrated the college graduation of their youngest son, Paris, from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Pierce and Keely, aged 69 and 59 respectively, have been married for more than 21 years and are parents to sons Dylan Brosnan, 26, and Paris Brosnan, 22. The 'James Bond' star was seen in a series of snaps from the event, rocking an Aegean blue suit with a white button-up shirt and sunglasses. Meanwhile, his wife wore an off-white coat over a lacy pink dress and wore sunglasses with her brown tresses down. Both the mother and her son wore Hawaiian leis at the graduation ceremony, for which Paris donned a ceremonial black cap and gown.

'Go into the world with a brave heart'

"Dearest Paris, Heartfelt congratulations on your graduation from Loyola Marymount University School of Film & Television," the 'Misfits' actor captioned a heartwarming photo of himself alongside his wife and son. "Go into the world with a brave heart and create stories that will make the world a better place," the proud father added.

Keely gushed over Paris in her own social media post, saying she and Pierce are "beyond proud" of him and his "incredible passion and talent." She added, "Go forth and do good things. A man becomes what he dreams… dream well." Paris also shared photos from the ceremony, captioning the Instagram post, "The graduate." This comes after his older brother Dylan graduated from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts in 2020 and is now a musician and model.

Earlier this month, Paris held an art exhibition titled The Company We Keep at the Robina Benson Design House in Los Angeles. His work was part of a showcase of paintings by fellow artists Alexandria Hilfiger and Nikki Haskell, and curated by art advisor Kipton Cronkite. "Each of the works provokes the viewer to recall childhood memories, feelings of nostalgia, and purity through their human experience," the design house said in a statement. Both Pierce and Keely were at the exhibition -- which is slated to run through May 25 -- alongside other prominent figures such as model Dree Hemingway, actress Jacqueline Bisset, and Candy Spelling.

'I found a great woman'

As mentioned, Pierce and Keely have been married for over two decades. The duo tied the knot in 2001 at Ballintubber Abbey in Ireland, a decade after they first met at a party in 1994. Pierce's first wife, Cassandra Harris, died in 1991 after battling ovarian cancer for three years. The actor has previously gushed about his current wife, saying, "I found a great woman in Keely Shaye. Not if I searched a million times over would I find one as good."

Dylan and Paris are the youngest of Pierce's five children. In addition to his late adopted daughter Charlotte with Cassandra, the ‘Mamma Mia!’ actor has a son, Sean, 38, and an adopted son, Chris, 49. Pierce adopted Cassandra's children, Chris and Charlotte, after their father, Dermot Harris, died in 1986. Charlotte died of ovarian cancer in 2013 at age 41.
