In NBA 2K23 on both Current and Next Gen, there are four different objectives that players need to complete in order to hit Legend status.

The challenges are almost identical between the two versions of the game except Current Gen players have to complete one more Season Quest for whatever reason.

For clarification, the G.O.A.T. Level is the new name for the purple win-rate tier, Season Quests refresh each season are completed by hitting milestones (e.g. winning a certain amount of park games), and earning prizes requires players to perform above and beyond in Events such as the Mobil 1 Grand Prix.

As is tradition, the Legend prize for NBA 2K23 has yet to be revealed. However, 2K has teased that they are "part cosmetic and part performance enhancing" and are indeed unique to each version of the game.

NBA 2K23 is available now for PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam).
