MEXICO CITY Mexico and the European Union agreed to quickly finalize an updated free trade deal, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said Thursday in a post on social media after meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

Mexico is the last stop of Von der Leyen's Latin American tour, which included earlier visits to Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
