Secondly, this card is a minor upgrade on his base gold card. Third, the card carries a ridiculous price all things considered. Still, for those who don't have an Mbappe item in their club, this might be the best time to add one.

This SBC should be avoided no matter how overpowered Mbappe is in FIFA 23. The price is ridiculous considering the minimal upgrades over his gold item and the comparisons to his 92 TOTW item. As well, the packs back are not good. Players should focus duplicate fodder into other SBCs currently available during Team of the Year.
