Another season, another superteam for Suns star Kevin Durant. What's new?

The Bradley Beal trade has the West shook and Kevin Durant's haters jamming their keyboards indignantly tweeting at a scorching-hot pace.

On Sunday, the Phoenix Suns finalized a trade with the Washington Wizards in which the Suns received Bradley Beal and the Wizards received Chris Paul, Landry Shamet, and a boatload of draft picks.

The trade sends Beal, a three-time All-Star, to Phoenix where he'll join arguably the most talented roster in the NBA and get his best shot at winning a ring after his past 11 seasons in Washington.

Suns fans are understandably ecstatic. A Big 3 in Phoenix? Take that, Golden State and L.A.

But now is maybe the best time to address the elephant in the room: Kevin Durant has been on a superteam on each of his last three teams and will now play on his fourth Big 3 squad of his career.

Yes, Durant has a superteam problem. And it's pissing off the rest of the league.

In Oklahoma City, Durant had James Harden and Russell Westbrook (before he turned into Westbrick on the Lakers). In Golden State, Durant had Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green, winning two rings in 2017 and 2018. In Brooklyn, Durant had Harden and Kyrie Irving, albeit that trio was hopelessly plagued with injuries.

Now, he has Devin Booker and Bradley Beal. Many fans will inevitably start to speculate, is Durant's Big 3 bus-riding allowed? How can this be? Someone, anyone, stop him.

It's just one of those things that feels like cheating, but in reality, it's not. While what Durant is doing is perfectly legal, it doesn't do anything to help his legacy, and NBA Twitter went off.

So yeah… the narrative of Durant needing star teammates to win rings isn't going away anytime soon. The Suns are stacked, the league is sickened, and life goes on.
