Grid me up, Scottie. Here are the top answers for the 94rd version of the Immaculate Grid including the Dodgers, Astros, Rays, Phillies and more.

Thursday's Immaculate Grid baseball game is a fun one with some big-name franchises to connect, such as the Los Angeles Dodgers, Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies along with those pesky Tampa Bay Rays. On top of that, we get to look back at MLB history at players who were Cy Young winners and pitchers who reached 200 strikeouts in a single season.

That makes for a really fun Immaculate Grid 94. So let's take a look at the answers and connections for every square, including the top answers for each game.

As always, we recommend you give the game a go before checking the answer sheet. Cheaters don't prosper, even if the game tells you that you were immaculate.

Immaculate Grid 94: Top answers and connections for each square (July 6)

Let's take a look at the top answers for every square in today's grid.

Verlander and Kershaw really wan away as Astros and Dodgers who won the Cy Young for their respective leagues with 72 and 66 percent, respectively. Every other top answer is 45% or below, though, which makes for a fun grid for the day.

Players that played for Rays, Phillies, Astros and Dodgers

Only two players would work for any of the team connections for July 6, two well-traveled and lesser-known pitchers from this century.

Players that played for Astros and Rays

Jose Siri was the easy answer given the recency, but he's not the only player who fits the bill.

Players that played for Astros and Phillies

Roy Oswalt took the top answer, but several others have spent time in both Houston and Philadelphia.

Astros pitchers who won a Cy Young

Here are some of the Astros who won a Cy Young in Houston, including obviously the top answer in Justin Verlander.

Players that played for Dodgers and Rays

LA and Tampa Bay don't have a ton of crossover, but Carl Crawford does headline some big names.

Players that played for Dodgers and Phillies

Always no shock to see a player like Trea Turner who recently went from the Dodgers to the Phillies atop this list. But here are some others who fit this bill.

Dodgers pitchers who won a Cy Young

Clayton Kershaw was a gimme on this one, but he's not alone in this category, including Eric Gagne, the last reliever to win the Cy Young.

Rays pitchers with 200+ strikeouts in a season

David Price took the top answer, but he's not the only Ray to hit the statistical mark.

Phillies pitchers with 200+ strikeouts in a season

Phillies pitchers have been piling up big seasons for a long time now.

Pitchers who have won a Cy Young with a 200 strikeout season

In all honesty, if you don't get this square, you're doing something wrong. In fact, every Cy Young winner except Justin Verlander (2022), Shane Bieber and Trevor Bauer in 2020, and Rick Porcello (2016) since just 2009 has hit the 200-strikeout mark. So as long as you're guessing a Cy Young winner here, we don't need to list them out.

For what it's worth, my answer of Johan Santana (2006) only had a 1% answer rate. Humble brag for y'all.
