Amazon Prime Big Day Deals is right around the corner and the online retail giant

Amazon Prime Big Day Deals is right around the corner and the online retail giant is giving up to $30 in credit to people who perform a few simple tasks.

Of course, credit can only be spent on Amazon, so the upcoming sales event is likely your best bet to score some good deals unless you feel like waiting until Cyber Monday next month.

Upload a Photo to Amazon Photos

The first method grants you $15. Download the Amazon Photos app on Android, iOS, or the web. Then, just upload at least one photo of whatever you want. Once done, you should get a $15 Amazon voucher. This only works if you've never used the app before, so frequent fliers of Amazon Photos will have to skip this one.

The caveat is that the $15 has to be used during next week's Prime Big Day Deals event, which runs from 3 a.m. ET on Oct. 10 to 2:59 a.m. ET on Oct. 12. You also have to use this credit on a purchase of $30 or more. If you don't use it, you lose it.

Click a Link for a Surprise (Maybe)

The second method is much easier and applies to anyone who is eligible. You can click this link to see if you're eligible. If you are, all you have to do is load $100 onto an Amazon gift card and you'll a credit worth up to $12 applied to your account.

Add a Credit Card to Your Amazon Wallet

Finally, you can earn a $5 credit by adding a credit card to your Amazon wallet. Again, this is only for eligible shoppers, so click this link to see if that's you. If it is, all you have to do is add a Visa, American Express, or Discover card to your account and you'll get a $5 credit.

Of the three deals, only the Amazon Photos credit has to be spent during Prime Big Day Deals. The rest can be saved for whenever you want. Fortunately, you can already browse some Prime Day deals in anticipation of the event. Keep in mind that sales are restricted to Amazon Prime customers.
