In the new, and somewhat controversial, Overwatch Anniversary mode, fans have been given the ability to grab some older skins they might not have been able to snag the first time around. With Week 2 rolling in, fans have set their gaze on the Epic Bastet Ana skin, along with a few new sprays and player icons. Fortunately, the way to actually get them is, for the most part, simple.

The road to gaining all the skins you could ever want is actually quite simple, if not exactly easy. All you need to do is play a set number of games, and you'll unlock the rewards as you go. In total, you will need to play 27 games a week, and you can unlock the skin of the week.

While that sounds overwhelming, and somewhat monotonous, there are a few things that make it less of a grind. For starters, you unlock tiers of rewards as you move up the ranks, so there's a sense of progression.

Every 9 games, you'll unlock a new cosmetic. At nine games you unlock the hero's player icon, at 18 the hero's spray, and finally, at 27 games, the hero's skin. In addition, every game that you win counts for two games played. So if you have a good streak, you can theoretically unlock all the items in just 14 games.

In order to move as efficiently as possible, the best way to play would be with a friend group, where everyone knows what they're doing, and have their assigned roles. This allows you to have the best chance of knocking out at least half the required matches in one night, allowing the rest of the week to be pretty easy. Do it right, and you'll have some cool skins to transfer over to Overwatch 2.
