Microsoft has created its first-ever edible Xbox controller. The novelty gaming accessory is not functional; it's made of chocolate.

Microsoft created the "controller" as a tie-in for the upcoming Wonka film, which releases on Dec. 15 in the US. The movie tells the origin story of Willy Wonka (Timothée Chalamet), the famous confectionery in Roald Dahl’s novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Microsoft also created a Wonka-inspired Xbox Series X console that looks like a giant chocolate bar. Just don’t try eating it. “While the console may look like one of Wonka’s famous chocolate bars, the Wonka-inspired Xbox Series X is not edible,” Microsoft says.

The product will arrive in Wonka-inspired “storefront” packaging. To complete the console, Microsoft developed a working, non-edible Xbox wireless controller. It too has a chocolatey color, making it look like a giant piece of candy. But again, don’t eat it.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to buy any of the items. Microsoft plans on giving them away as part of a contest that’ll run until Dec. 14. The first-place winner will receive seven prizes, including the Xbox Series X console and chocolate controller, for a total value of $790, according to the contest’s rules.

To enter, you'll need to follow the official @Xbox account on Twitter/X and then re-tweet the promotional post and include the sweepstakes hashtag #XboxWonkaSweepstakes.
