Fortnite is celebrating its fifth birthday! Starting Friday, Sept. 23 at 9 a.m. ET, players will have the chance to participate in Fortnite's limited-time birthday quests! Birthday cakes will be spawning in various locations throughout the map and will unlock exclusive rewards when consumed.
This was not the first time birthday cakes were brought into Fortnite. Introduced in 2018, birthday quests and festivities are a long-lasting tradition of the game. This year, for consuming five birthday cakes in different matches, players will earn a Fuzzfetti Cake Back Bling. There are only a few days left to take advantage of this limited-time opportunity; birthday quests will be available until Tuesday, Sept. 27.
Birthday Cake Locations in Fortnite: Where to Find Birthday Cakes

- Near the lake in Sleepy Sound
- On the deck of the ship in Lustrous Lagoon

- Next to a large yellow tree in Tilted Towers
- A small building on the outskirts of Reality Tree
- In the bottom left quadrant of Greasy Grove
- North of Synapse Station
- In the main building of Rocky Reels
- Near a load of cars on Chonker's Speedway
- On the highest floating platform in Cloudy Condos
- In the right quadrant of Fort Jonesy
