An Apex Legends player cheated while streaming in an effort to point out how slow Respawn Entertainment is on catching and banning players. As pointed out by a Twitter user, this player was streaming in front of 2,000 people with zero repercussions. They weren't even trying to hide the fact that they were cheating.

In the footage, you can see them using a player indicator hack which gives them access to enemy players' locations.

It seems the account had been streaming for at least a week using wallhacks, an aimbot, and even speed boost cheats. The Twitch account looks to be finally banned at the moment, but this was after almost a week.

Think about if the cheater didn't make it public and brought attention to themselves. This cheater could have gone on for who knows how long. Even some of the more subtle cheating like wallhacks and map hacks are hard to spot. Respawn relies heavily on player reporting, and it's hard to find who is hacking when they use more subtle cheating.

That's why anti-cheat software is important, and it seems Apex Legends' version still needs some work.
